The reason I think it is a good idea to feel part of a movement is that it becomes motivating.
When you eat crap or junk food – it usually comes from only a few sources. In other words processed foods made from GMO wheat, corn, soya etc are all sold by just a few multinational companies.
Most of us don’t eat enough vegetables and women in particular don’t eat enough protein rich foods each meal. The 5-a-day logo is very misleading when it includes fruit and vegetables and really it is the vegetables which are better for us.
