Thanks a lot for the great feedback on the previous series of emails. I have been working away at a free 3-part video training series based on my course How to Plan Your Day So You Work, Rest and Play..Oh and Lose Weight.
The first one will be out on Monday March 6th. It would be really helpful to get feedback on them as I have never made a video training series before.
If you are like Mary Poppins and practically perfect in every way, then you won’t need them!
However for everyone else I hope they are useful.
